We respectfully ask all teachers cooperate with the rules

By now you should have received confirmation of the rules.  Please ensure both yourself and all members of the dance school are familiar with them.  

Please advise as early as possible, any competitions you intend taking part in and an estimated number of dancers who will be competing.  Once confirmed, you will be entered into the Teacher's chat for that competition, where all details/updates will be posted.  

Deadline for competition entry will usually be around two weeks before the event, however will be confirmed when each competition date is confirmed.  Late entries may only be considered in exceptional circumstances.  We would therefore ask that entries are made in advance of the closing date. 

Wristbands are currently priced at £20 per person.  Bands should be paid by the Friday prior to the competition.  Payment should be made by bank transfer, details of which will be sent on request.  

Once bands have been sent, no refund will be issues. 

Unused bands will not be refunded therefore any surplus to requirement, we would encourage to post within the teachers WhatsApp group in the event other groups can make use of these. 

Each club attending will receive one free complimentary band.
